Short Description

The Jordanian Journal of Computers and Information Technology (JJCIT) is an international peer-reviewed and open access journal that publishes original, high-quality and cutting edge research papers on all aspects and technologies in ICT fields. There are no charges for submitting manuscripts or publishing accepted papers. The JJCIT publishes three issues each year (April, August, and December).

Aims and Scope

The JJCIT aims to publish the most current developments in the form of original articles and review articles in all areas of Telecommunications, Computer Engineering and Information Technology and make them available to researchers worldwide. The JJCIT focuses on topics including, but not limited to: Computer Engineering and Communication Networks, Computer Science & Information Systems and Information Technology and Applications. Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The JJCIT follows the highest standards of publication ethics and it takes all measures necessary to prevent publication misconduct. It is therefore important that the authors and peer reviewer adhere to the best standards of expected ethical and academic behavior.

The submitted papers should be original, unpublished, and not submitted for possible publication elsewhere.

Each submitted paper is reviewed by 'at least' three reviewers who are experts in the relevant subject area. Each submission will undergo through specialized software to check plagiarism and verify its originality. Authors found to contravening the submission guidelines on originality and exclusivity shall not be considered for future publication in the JJCIT and their home institutions will be notified. 

A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) will be assigned to each accepted manuscript.

Management and Funding

The JJCIT is managed, funded and owned by Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) and the Scientific Research Support Fund of Jordan (SRSF).
